What to Expect


Intake Form: Once you schedule our consultation, you will receive a link to fill out an intake form. This provides me with all the information I need to create your sleep plan!

60-Minute Consultation: We have one full hour to discuss everything sleep! During this time I will review your intake form, evaluate your child's sleep environment, and walk through your sleep plan.

Personalized Sleep Plan: Every family is unique! I create a plan personalized to your child and family's needs that is rooted in evidence-based research and practices. 

Sleep Log Tracking: During our time together, we will do daily sleep tracking. This gives me the best insight into your child's sleep day-to-day! 

1:1 Support: No matter which plan you choose, I am here to encourage you every step of the way!
